It makes me happy so I am sharing my Cherry Garcia Protein Shake recipe with the world. This is my foolproof protein shake recipe - especially since it fools all my tasters. No one would ever know there is a secret "healthy" ingredient in this amazingly wonderful shake -
shhhh..... it’s....spinach! Whoa! Do not be dismayed!
You will never taste it. I promise. Even husbands and kids will be fooled.
Here is how you go about making this heavenly drink:
Cherry Garcia Protein Shake Recipe
1 cup of Frozen Black Cherries
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa
1 Cup or more of Spinach
1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 packet of Truvia
1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon of Flax seeds (optional)
I put all the ingredients in the blender then calculate how much almond milk by "eyeing it".
